My one wasn't a direct result of a crash, I had a genetic default, and the riding I had been doing, chasing my dog down a mountain, and a small crash, resulted in this.. So yer.

 Cheers man, tbh, this is best thing that happened. i have been in agony since november, and 2 ops, this should hopefully be the last. Still another 6 months at least before im riding again.... Frown :'( as they dont want any of the Ti in my back to break/move.

 yer i thought that. they r running smoothly, and i guess as long as i service it they will be fine. although the left crank arm need re taping as the thread is fecked Frown yer atm i haven't been on a bike since october as i have had huge back problems injures so i think i will keep the double set up, as i have no fitness now Frown
